Before you write
Most of what looks wrong has one of these causes, and each takes a moment to rule out.
I saved an edit and it does not appear
A change is recorded the next time the gig editor loads, not at the moment you press Save. Fiverr only reveals the saved version of a gig when the page is loaded, and the extension deliberately ignores whatever is in the form, because that might be an edit you abandoned. Reload the editor page once and open the history again. This is also why the history says "first seen".
There are no numbers, or only one point
The numbers come from your Gigs page (My Business → Gigs), and a point is added each time you open it. One visit gives one point; the line starts with a visit on a later day. Keep the page's period on the same setting — Last 30 days is the default — because readings over different periods are different measurements and are never drawn on the same line.
The history shows a change I did not make
Fiverr occasionally changes something on its side — tidying the formatting of a description, or renaming a category. The extension cannot tell that apart from an edit of yours, so it shows it, rather than hiding something that really changed on your gig. If it happens often, write and say which field it was.
My price changes are missing
Prices are not recorded yet. Fiverr's editor does not show the saved price in a way that can be told apart from one you are still typing, and recording a price you never saved would be worse than recording none.
Reporting something
What makes a report quick to act on:
- What you expected to see, and what you saw instead.
- Whether it was the gig editor, the Gigs page, or the history page.
- A screenshot, if there is anything visible to point at.
Please do not send anything confidential. Your buyers' names and your earnings are not needed to fix a bug.
Moving to a new computer
On the old computer, open the extension and press Export. On the new one, install it and press Import. Importing merges, so it is safe to import the same file twice, or an older file on top of newer history.
